We are a group of counsellors who are professionally qualified with a Diploma in Counselling and have undertaken all or part of our training at the Gestalt Centre London.

All of us are members of either the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) or the Association of Humanistic Psychology Practitioners (AHPP). BACP members are bound by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and subject to the Professional Conduct Procedures therein. AHPP members work in accordance with AHPP's Codes of Ethics & Practice and are subject to their Complaints Procedures. All members are committed to client confidentiality and continuing professional and personal development.

 

Our Purpose

Gestalt Centre Counsellors was founded in 1997. We exist to enable practitioners with a Diploma in Counselling who have undertaken all or part of their training at the Gestalt Centre London to:
- share their excitement about Gestalt Therapy and feel a sense of connection,
- actively share knowledge and ideas about counselling practice as part of continuing professional development, and
- promote their services as professional counselling practitioners through the members’ directory and other means.
