<> Vivienne Barnett draws on Gestalt as her philosophy for living and personal growth.

<> Counselling since 1994, she enjoys what for her is the “common sense” approach of Gestalt and its capacity to offer both challenge and compassion in a non-judgmental environment.

<> She is interested in enabling those who may feel that they are lacking in direction, to explore how they might create a better way of being in the world.

<> As well as her interest in facilitating personal development, Vivienne also has considerable experience of counselling in mental health and educational settings and will take GP and psychiatric referrals.

<> She has particular experience of working with depression, fear, anxiety and panic attacks.

<> Vivienne has completed in excess of 7 years’ counselling and psychotherapy training and regards her own personal development as a crucial element in her work with clients.

<> In addition to the Gestalt Centre Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling, Vivienne holds the Post Graduate Diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapy and a Degree in Psychology from Middlesex University.
