Sarah Horsfall offers short and long-term counselling for individuals at the Gestalt Centre and in Stoke Newington. After several years' experience in the Co-counselling International community and as a Samaritan volunteer, Sarah trained as a counsellor at the Gestalt Centre, London. She has worked as a counsellor with Camden Family Counselling service and for the NHS at a GP's surgery in Islington, counselling a wide range of people. Sarah believes that, given the right support, everyone has the innate tendency to work towards growth and health. She travels alongside the client as they explore and make sense of the issues and relationships in their life.
