Details of Practice
Lucy has a Diploma in Counselling from the Gestalt Centre, London, and two years experience counselling in a doctor’s surgery. She believes that counselling can support people to develop more awareness of themselves, explore and shed old patterns that are no longer helpful, and discover more effective and satisfying approaches to life, giving them more choices. Lucy has experience of working with a wide range of people and issues, including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, bereavement, and work and relationship problems. She offers short to long term counselling in Islington (N1) and London Bridge (SE1).
