| Emily Holt has three years experience of working with people affected by drug and alcohol misuse in rehabilitation programmes, prisons and community centres. She has a Diploma in Counselling from The Gestalt Centre and offers individual counselling as well as couple and group work. Emily is currently employed by two separate drugs agencies to provide counselling for families and young people. She has developed particular skills in exploring depression, anxiety, self-harm, post-traumatic stress and relationship difficulties. Emily offers both short and long term counselling at the Gestalt Centre and in Brixton. | |||
